PHNX has extensive in-house expertise in the design, deployment and operation of TVWS networks in rural areas. To ensure spectrum access PHNX is a certified TVWS database provider in Canada (ISED).
We handle tower site data capture, processing, and visualization using Caesium, allowing the tower owner to see the asset in its broader geographic context.
We validate and document customer installations meticulously using our mobile application customized to our client’s project.
Pictou County Wireless Broadband Project
We are the project lead on the wireless broadband deployment in Pictou County, Nova Scotia. With over ~1,800 square km of wireless coverage (~63% of Pictou County), approximately 12,300 residences will be able to access the internet using the MOPC FirstHome Service.
